If I have a previous Catering account do I need to create a new one?
You may be asked to briefly create a new Xando Catering account based upon which email, phone number or business name you are using. If you have any questions or issues, please reach out to our customer care team at 866-580-2674 or email orders@xandocoffee.com.
How far in advance do I need to place my catering delivery order?
Its always best to plan ahead, but you may place your order as soon as a few hours before your event. You can also place your order well in advance of your event date. The recommended time to place your order is 24 hours in advance to ensure the order is properly executed.

Where do you deliver?
Submit your zip code at the top of our homepage to ensure we deliver to your event address. Today we deliver to the NYC area, but may expand to other cities in the future.
Can I pick up my catering order?
Today we only offer delivery for orders, but may add pickup options in the future.
What size groups can you cater for?
We can handle anything from small to medium groups of 10 to 50 all the way to large occasions of several hundred people for your party or your meeting.
What is the minimum order for delivery?
The minimum order to qualify for delivery is $75.00 of Catering items (before taxes, coupons and delivery fee).
Do you offer house accounts?
